Every decoration process is run in-house, on equipment we own and operate. We don't sub-contract - which means we can promise a sample in ten days, a lead time we keep, and a finished piece that looks the same on piece five and piece fifty thousand.
Hand engraving
Diamond-point and copper-wheel engraving for monograms, motifs and edition numbers. Permanent. Catches the light.
Sandblasting & frosting
Full or partial frosting, masked designs, varying depth. Aluminium-oxide grit, mounted CNC stations.
Chemical / acid frosting
Full-body matte finish, perfectly uniform satin surface - the look fragrance houses ask for. Dishwasher-safe.
Screen printing
Ceramic and organic inks, up to 6 colours, registration to ±0.1 mm. Fired permanent. Pantone-matched.
Laser engraving
CO₂ and fibre lasers for vectorised logos and photo-quality halftones. Sub-millimetre detail.
Silver coating & metallizing
Vacuum metallisation: silver, gold, copper, brass, custom. Internal or external. Mirror or satin.
Spray colouring
Internal and external lacquer in any RAL / Pantone. Matte, satin or gloss. UV-cured, candle-safe.
Hand painting
Gold leaf, enamel, brushwork. For luxury runs and limited editions. Slow, deliberate, signed.
Decal & ceramic transfer
Water-slide ceramic decals fired at 580°C. Permanent, dishwasher-safe. Complex artwork in any colour count.
Beyond the decoration.
The finish is half the brief; the rest is the boxes, the bar-codes, the bills of lading. We run a full B2B operation around the production floor - design, mould-making, packaging, QA and worldwide logistics - so a single PO travels from first sketch to your warehouse.

Custom packaging & branding
From an unprinted brown carton to a four-colour rigid-set gift box, foam insert, branded sleeve and tear-strip - designed and produced in our in-house packaging cell.
QA & testing
In-process and final-stage inspection on every batch. AQL 2.5 standard, tighter on request. Independent third-party labs for chemical and physical testing.
Worldwide logistics
Container loading from Nhava Sheva and Mundra ports. Consolidation, fulfilment, EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP. We coordinate with your freight forwarder, or we ship door-to-door ourselves.
